However, in the process of producing organic fertilizers, there is often a foul odor, dust, and the growth of insect eggs, which can also attract flies and rodents. The foul odor not only brings discomfort to people's sense of smell, but also causes nausea, vomiting, and irritability in the short term; Long term effects can cause people to lose appetite, insomnia, memory decline, cardiovascular disease, etc.

1、 Main polluting processes

The main pollutants in the exhaust gas are dust generated during the mixing of raw materials in the production of organic fertilizers, dust generated during the mixing, crushing, and granulation processes of compound fertilizers, smoke generated during the combustion of heating furnaces, and foul odors emitted from raw materials.

2、 Governance process flow

The spray tower uses sodium hydroxide solution as the absorption and neutralization solution. The exhaust gas is pressed into the purification tower by a fan, forming a pressure chamber in the inner cylinder, and then distributed to each bubble tube through the pressure chamber. The exhaust gas enters the absorption and neutralization liquid in the storage tank through the bubble tube to generate bubbles, and then the bubbles pass through the packing layer, allowing the gas-liquid to fully contact again. The absorbed exhaust gas continues to flow upward and reacts with the absorption and neutralization liquid sprayed out from the spray pipe. The treated gas then passes through the adsorption tower, which utilizes the advantages of efficient adsorption materials (activated carbon fibers) such as strong adsorption capacity and fast adsorption and desorption rates to purify organic waste gas. The exhaust gas from the outside of the tower is evenly distributed through the guide hood and sent into the tower. The incoming airflow passes through the adsorption bed of the tower's internal packing, and harmful chemical components in the airflow are adsorbed by the adsorbent. Clean air is discharged through the air outlet, and condensed water generated inside the tower is discharged outside the tower through the collection tank and discharge pipe.
